Ordered the wrong size? No problem. Here's how size exchanges work:

How Size Exchanges Work:

1. Contact Us Within 30 Days
Email loumoraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.

2. Return Your Original Size
We'll provide you with our return address. Ship your item back at your cost. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

3. We Send Your New Size
Once we receive your return and confirm it's in original condition, we'll ship your new size with FREE express shipping (Australia) or standard shipping (International).

4. Done!
Your correct size arrives in 3-7 business days.

Size Exchange Policy Details:
- Timeframe: Within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Return shipping: Customer's responsibility
- New size shipping: FREE (covered by Loumora)
- Exchanges allowed: One exchange per order
- Processing time: 1-2 business days after we receive your return

Important: Size exchanges are for size only. If you'd like a different color, please process this as a return for refund and place a new order.

We accept returns for refund in the following circumstances:

If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions.

3. Ship It Back
Pack your item securely and ship to our return address. Keep your tracking receipt.

4. Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 24-48 hours. Funds appear in 3-5 business days.

How to Claim:

2. We'll Review
Our team will assess whether the damage is covered under warranty (manufacturing defect vs. normal wear).

3. Approved? We Send Replacement
If approved, we'll ship a replacement with FREE shipping. You don't need to return the defective item.

Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage from improper care (machine drying, bleach, harsh detergents), intentional damage, alterations, or damage from misuse.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items worn beyond trying on at home
- Items washed or laundered
- Items with tags removed
- Items altered or modified
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Items purchased on final sale (if applicable)

Tip: Try your Loumora shapewear at home over your clothes or underwear before removing tags. This ensures you can still return it if needed.

📦 RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

We inspect every order before shipping, but mistakes happen. If your Loumora shapewear arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we'll fix it immediately.

3. Include your order number and description of the issue
4. We'll issue immediate refund or replacement (your choice)

Our Promise: If we shipped a damaged or wrong item, we'll make it right at zero cost to you. You don't need to return the damaged item.

- Size exchanges: Customer pays return shipping; Loumora pays shipping for new size
- Returns for refund: Customer pays return shipping

- Customs/duties: We cannot refund customs fees or import duties paid upon delivery

Important: For international returns, use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt. Loumora is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Q: Can I try on my shapewear before deciding?
A: Yes! Try it at home over your clothes or underwear. Just keep tags attached and don't wear it outside until you're sure you want to keep it.

Q: What if I just don't like it?

Q: What if I lost my order confirmation?
A: No problem. Email us at loumoraofficial@gmail.com with the email address you used to order and we'll look it up.

Q: Can I return a sale or discounted item?
A: Sale items follow the same return policy. However, some promotional items may be marked as final sale (indicated at checkout).

Q: What if I ordered the wrong color?
A: Color changes must be processed as returns (not exchanges). You'll need to return the wrong color and place a new order for the color you want.

Q: Do I need to include anything in my return package?
A: Just the item with tags attached. Please include a note with your order number and reason for return.

Q: How do I know if my item qualifies as "defective"?
