⏱️ ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next business day (Monday).

📦 WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?
While rare, shipping delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, or incorrect address information.
If your order is delayed:
1. Check your tracking: Most delays are resolved within 24-48 hours.
2. Verify your address: Ensure the shipping address is correct in your order confirmation email.
3. Contact us: If your order is 7+ days late (Australia) or 14+ days late (international), email us at loumoraofficial@gmail.com.
Our Delivery Guarantee: If your order is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

📍 WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately at loumoraofficial@gmail.com.
Before shipment: We can update your address at no charge.
After shipment: We cannot redirect packages once they're in transit. You may need to contact the courier directly.
Important: Loumora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

Q: Do you offer same-day or overnight shipping?
A: Not at this time. All orders are shipped via express courier (3-7 business days for Australia).
Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes within Australia. International PO Box shipping depends on your country's postal service.
Q: What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
A: The courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local post office/depot.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
A: We're an online-only business and don't offer local pickup at this time.
